These countries are Bolivia, Peru, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Burundi, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam.
