IN THE PAST, THE HOST STATE WAS GIVEN AN ADVANCE AND WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING ALL REVENUE AND PAYING ALL EXPENSES WIH FUNDS RETURNED TO NASTL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT. THESE EXPENSES WERE RELATED TO THE SUMMER 2022 CONFERENCE. THERE WERE NO SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED FOR THE CONFERENCE AS THE ASSOCIATION IS ANALYZING THE PROGRAM TO MAXIMIZE THE BENEFIT TO THE RECIPIENTS AND NASTL.
