Self-Graduation Model

By enabling participants to self-direct entry, exit, and re-engagement with services, the organization fosters sustained participation and empowerment, because autonomy increases trust, reduces barriers, and honors the fluctuating needs of individuals and families. This strategy prioritizes long-term inclusion by rejecting rigid program timelines and instead embracing participant-led pacing. Unlike traditional models requiring fixed enrollment periods, the Self-Graduation Model treats engagement as cyclical, allowing families to return as circumstances change—especially critical in multi-language contexts where trust and cultural safety develop over time.
