CULINARY SKILLS ARE TAUGHT IN THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND DINING AREA. SKILLS INCLUDE LEARNING HOW TO GROW OR SHOP FOR, CLEAN AND PREPARE FRUIT, VEGETABLES, AND VARIOUS PROTEIN PRODUCTS, HOW TO COOK AND SERVE THEM TO OUR COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY 43 FUTURE CHEFS WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS AND PREPARE FOR ENTRY INTO A COMMUNITY CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM.
