In 2021 the GVC continued its contract (1) with Home Serve, service warranty program that has been vetted by the GVC, and that provides referral fees; and (2) the GVC Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3)non-profit, that has a serice agreement with the GVC and provides limited program relatred services.

(6) HOA mediation services, (7) Legal forums and workshops, and (8) a GVC Website Feature for HOAs.
