Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA) is a Phoenix-based nonprofit that advances equity and inclusion through leadership development, education, and community dialogue. Since 2001, DLA has convened leaders across sectors to build inclusive workplaces and communities through annual conferences, workshops, and youth programs.
