- Guide By Your Side ProgramOperates the "Guide By Your Side" program, which connects families of children with hearing loss with trained Parent Guides (who are also parents of deaf or hard of hearing children) to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer insight. The program accepts referrals from professionals and maintains a network of Parent Guides across Arizona with diverse experiences.
