MISSION: THE MISSION OF CHECKERED FLAG RUN FOUNDATION (DBA HEROZONA FOUNDATION) IS TO PROVIDE DIVERSE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT IMPACT UNDER-SERVED STUDENTS AND VETERANS. HERONA FOUNDATION WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT EMPOWERS OUR HEROES IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP, EMPLOYMENT, AND EDUCATION. WE WORK WITH VETERANS, FIRST RESPONDERS AND THOSE THAT BRING SOCIAL GOOD TO OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS AND UNDER-SERVED COMMUNITIES. MISSIONS STATEMENT OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE AND EMPOWER HEROES IN OUR COMMUNITIES. VISION STATEMENT BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITIES THROUGH HEROES WITH INTEGRITY AND PASSION. OBJECTIVES: 1. DEVELOP AND INVEST IN EDUCATION, SPECIFIC TO SCHOOL READINESS TOOLS, AND MULTIPLE CAREER PATHWAYS TO INCREASE CAREER ASPIRATION THAT DRIVE ARIZONA'S WORKFORCE. 2. RAISE AWARENESS AND INCREASE STUDENT, AND PARENT KNOWLEDGE AND INVOLVEMENT IN DIVERSE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT HAVE A POSITIVE AND IMPACT ON EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT. 3.
