The International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas (IBRBS) is the worlds largest organization of professional Santas, Mrs. Clauses and supporting wives. As per its Bylaws, its purpose is:1)To support, mentor, and promote professional development;2)To be an avenue for social networking for Santa and those within the community who appear and perform in the Spirit of Christmas; and 3)To strive to offer Santa services to deserving organizations.IBRBS members agree to abide by these Tenets:1)We uphold the magical spirit and meaning of Christmas.2)We promote the joy of giving.3)We respect the diversity of Christmas traditions throughout the world.4)We uphold the positive image of Christmas performers.5)We are aware of the impact and effect of our appearance at all times.6)We support the principles embodied in the Santa Claus Oath, the Mrs. Claus Pledge, and the Elves' Oath.7)We foster good will and cooperation throughout the entire Christmas Community.8)We encourage members to participate
