Three-Phase Sustainability Model

By guiding organizations through Learn, Strategize, and Implement phases, sustainable practices are adopted and institutionalized, because structured capacity-building fosters ownership and long-term behavior change. This strategy systematically builds organizational capacity for sustainability through education, planning, and action. It distinguishes itself by integrating ongoing learning with practical tools and subscription-based resources, ensuring that sustainability is not a one-time initiative but a continuous, supported process across diverse program areas like waste management and job training.
