Personal Growth for Impact

By integrating personal development tracking with social impact goals, individuals are empowered to align their growth with purposeful action, because self-awareness and goal-setting increase agency and sustained engagement in social change. This strategy leverages technology and self-assessment to bridge individual development and collective impact, distinguishing itself by treating personal growth not as a standalone outcome but as a driver of social change. Unlike traditional capacity-building approaches, it emphasizes internal transformation as a prerequisite for effective external action, using tools like the "YOU app" to personalize and measure progress.
