Innovative Food Access

By applying divergent thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration, increase fruit and vegetable consumption, because sustainable behavior change requires culturally relevant, integrated solutions that address access, desire, knowledge, and existing habits. This strategy emphasizes creative, cross-sector approaches to improve dietary behaviors by embedding fruit and vegetable promotion into familiar contexts and systems. It distinguishes itself by prioritizing cultural relevance, practical sustainability, and systemic change—particularly through strengthening local food systems and leveraging diverse partnerships—rather than relying solely on education or individual behavior change.
