Humane Education for TNVR

By training community members in trapping, caregiving, and colony management, the organization increases the effectiveness and sustainability of TNVR programs, because empowered local stewards ensure consistent, humane care and long-term colony oversight. This strategy integrates hands-on humane education directly into feral cat population management, enabling community members to lead TNVR efforts. Unlike top-down or clinic-centered approaches, it builds local capacity and fosters ownership, resulting in more resilient and scalable outcomes in both TNR implementation and colony welfare.
