Early Life Skills Intervention

By delivering experiential learning and mentorship to upper elementary students, foundational life and school success skills are strengthened, because early skill development increases resilience and engagement before critical dropout points. This strategy focuses on upstream intervention by equipping young students with essential interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills through hands-on experiences and mentorship. Unlike later-stage career readiness programs, it builds non-cognitive foundations during formative years, aligning with long-term workforce and personal development goals. Its emphasis on prevention and holistic development distinguishes it from remedial or vocational training models.
