Charter School Capacity Building

By providing targeted infrastructure and curriculum support to charter schools, improve educational outcomes and institutional resilience, because these schools lack centralized district resources and face systemic gaps in social-emotional learning and operational capacity. This strategy focuses on strengthening charter schools by delivering essential services such as social-emotional curriculum development, administrative support, and institutional training that are typically provided by traditional school districts. Unlike broader education reform efforts, this approach directly addresses the structural vulnerabilities of autonomous schools through tailored capacity-building, enabling them to sustain high-quality programming despite limited access to district-level systems.
