THESE PARTNERSHIPS LED TO COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 13 INDIVIDUALS SERVED IN THE PROGRAM.CHANDLER GILBERT ARC EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM HAS APPROXIMATELY 13% OF ITS MEMBERS WORKING OUT IN THE COMMUNITY WITH SUPPORT, ONCE A WEEK FOR AN HOUR FROM A JOB COACH (ESA-EMPLOYMENT SERVICE AIDE OR ISE-INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT). EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM HAS APPROXIMATELY 36% OF ITS MEMBERS WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY WITH JOB COACH SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE INDIVIDUALS WORK SHIFT (GSE-GROUP SUPPORTIVE EMPLOYMENT). THE TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT IS AT 49%.
