THE 3 MILLION PLUS ANNUAL VISITORS PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY $35 MILLION IN LOCAL BED AND SALES TAX DOLLARS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT TAX REVENUES. VISITORS CONTRIBUTE 77% OF ALL CITY OF SEDONA SALES TAX AND BED TAX REVENUES, WHICH PAYS FOR THE BASIC CITY SERVICES. THE UPTOWN SEDONA VISITOR CENTER, OWNED AND MANAGED BY THE SEDONA CHAMBER, IS ONE OF THE BUSIEST IN THE STATE HAVING SERVED 136,000 VISITORS IN FY22 IN-PERSON OR VIA PHONE OR ONLINE. STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ACT AS DESTINATION EXPERTS, GREETING GUESTS AND OFFERING INSIGHTS TO THE AREA'S AMENITIES WHILE EDUCATING VISITORS ON IMPORTANT SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP AND RECREATING RESPONSIBLY. VOLUNTEERS DONATED 6,100 HOURS IN FY22.

CHAMBER PROGRAMS FOCUS ON HELPING BUSINESSES GROW AND EXPAND BY PROVIDING BUSINESS ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES AND EDUCATION, MARKETING EXPOSURE, AND VALUABLE COMMUNICATIONS.
