Community Justice Influencer Fellowship
Engages youth (14-20 years old) in research and development focused on their experience with gun violence. Through storytelling, the program aims to transform the conversation around gun violence, highlighting trauma, challenges, and innovative solutions.
Finding Your Forté
A weekly series for youth ages 13-18 aimed at reducing and preventing community-based violence. It educates and uplifts Chicago's youth through influential speakers, athletic skills training (flag football, basketball, baseball, soccer), and mentoring using the Reach4Life curriculum.
Matt Forté Career Camp
A 2-day event providing tools for direct employment to adult and youth leaders from Chicago's South and West sides. Sessions include resume creation, etiquette, branding, and financial literacy. Also includes an elite high school training camp for aspiring athletes with mentoring sessions.
Reach4Life
An innovative 40-week youth outreach-discipleship program focused on at-risk youth (ages 12-25). It's broken into four life-changing journeys ("Believing," "Growing," "Living," and "Changing") with 10 classes each, providing coping skills and encouraging peer education.
Summer Experience
A multi-day program for attendees ages 12-18, fusing educational sessions with physical and entrepreneurial opportunities. Designed to reach at-risk youth, provide alternative avenues for experiencing Chicago, and offer workforce options.
Your Forté, Our Finance
A program in collaboration with Greenwood Archer Capital that provides micro-financing benefits to primarily African American-owned small businesses to support economic development and generational wealth in underserved communities.
