Community Convening
A process that scales the Open Table model to support well-defined, focused community initiatives by bringing together representatives from important community sectors to foster collaboration and co-investment.
Core Table Model
Trains groups of volunteers to form "Tables" that meet weekly for a year with an individual or family to support a self-defined life plan, leveraging their relational and social networks.
Network Table Model
Trains teams to access their combined relational and social capital to empower people with complex needs (poverty, chronic/mental illness, substance use recovery) to achieve goals by removing barriers.
