Provide needed support and guidance services to clients, as applicable, to clients who are currently in a crisis situation, as well as to those clients who are in a stage of a process of recovery.

Thus developing client's skills in Breaking the Cycle of Violence, and as a result greatly reducing the chance of re-victimization of these same clients in the future, and in the long term.
