This strategy uses triangular cooperation—often involving a developed country or institution supporting collaboration between two developing countries—to bridge gaps in technical capacity and innovation access. It distinguishes itself by prioritizing peer learning among Southern nations, using India as a key innovation hub, and focusing on practical, field-tested solutions that can be adapted across similar socio-ecological contexts.
